President

For nearly three decades, Keith has been an entrepreneur developing luxury apartments, retail outlets, warehouse centers, and storage facilities throughout Arkansas. Keith founded Richardson Properties in 1994 as a vertically integrated real estate development firm with in-house architectural, construction, and property management.

Steve Tracy

VP Real Estate

Steve has been leading our Commercial Real Estate division since 2006, generating new business opportunities and maintaining excellent client relationships while overseeing the multifamily property management leadership team. A Saline County Arkansas native, Steve is an avid outdoorsman, loves spending time with friends and family, and cheering on the Arkansas Razorbacks.

Shelley Ellis

Regional Director

Shelley has been working at Richardson Properties, LLC since 2012 and is currently in the role as Regional Director. Her job entails overseeing all aspects of multifamily from stabilized communities to new developments. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her husband, Brad, listening to their favorite singer-songwriters; she’s a lover of anyone that can play a fiddle.

Kaylee Thorp

Marketing Director

Kaylee is the newest addition to the team, with a background in social media and marketing. She oversees all the marketing decisions with our luxury properties and storage facilities. When she’s not filming videos or editing copy, she enjoys spending time with her two corgis and exploring all around Arkansas.

Mike Rhea

Maintenance Regional

Mike has been in the maintenance field for 24 years, in a regional position for the past 5. He oversees all aspects of maintenance for Richardson Properties as well as assisting in new construction property set up and quality control. During his down time, he loves spending time with his family and fishing.

HR & Accounting

Amy Clark

Director of HR

Amy has a total of 24 years of experience in Human Resources and has served Richardson Properties and all of the other entities for the past 6 years. Amy works with management daily on providing guidance, direction, and leadership for all aspects of the HR functions. In her spare time, Amy loves spending time with her family and friends, playing the piano, and traveling.

Leslie Letsch

Controller

After previously working in public accounting, Leslie joined Richardson Properties as Controller in 2017. Managing the accounting team, Leslie oversees the cash flow and financials for our luxury communities, storage facilities and various commercial properties across Arkansas. When she is not crunching numbers, Leslie enjoys reading, spending time with her husband, son, and two dogs, and cheering for the Razorbacks.

Ashley Bogy

Sr. Accountant

Ashley started with Richardson Properties while attending the University of Central Arkansas and has been with the company since 2013. Since starting as an intern, she has grown with the company – starting off with accounts payable/receivable into supervising the accounting staff and being the lead Construction Account for Richardson Builders. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her dog and partner, reading, and training in martial arts.

Destin Norton

Community Director | Bowman Pointe

Destin has been with Richardson Properties since 2019. As the Community Director for Bowman Pointe. Destin’s primary role is to empower her team to create a community that residents will be proud to call home. In Destin’s spare time she loves to travel, and make lasting memories with her Husband Rhine, Daughter Abigale, and Yellow Lab Brooder.

Edie Taylor

Assistant Community Director | The Pointe Brodie Creek

I was born and raised in Shreveport, Louisiana, and I moved to Arkansas in 1995. I began working in the multifamily industry as a leasing consultant almost 25 years ago, and I loved it immediately! After taking a break in property management, in 2017, I accepted the position of Assistant Community Director at The Pointe Brodie Creek and in August of 2023, I accepted the position of Community Director. I have truly enjoyed working for Richardson Properties and hope to continue working here for many years to come! In my spare time I enjoy painting and traveling with my sweet puppy Jock, my family and my best friends.

Kelli McDaniels

Building Director

Kelli McDaniels is a graduate of The University of Central Arkansas, holding degrees in Speech Communication and Public Relations. Being an integral part of the Richardson Properties team since 2011, she has worked in both residential and commercial property management. Kelli is a licensed real estate salesperson (Arkansas) and a Certified Apartment Manager (NAA) who is passionate about ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, enhancing value, and tenant satisfaction. Born and raised in central Arkansas, Kelli is an avid supporter of Razorback sports, an Arkansas history enthusiast and master of bargain shopping.

Doug Zakrzewski

Maintenance Director

Doug is a seasoned professional with over 40 years of expertise in commercial property maintenance. Serving in this role since 2018, he maintains a wealth of knowledge in electrical, HVAC, equipment, corrective and preventative maintenance. Doug’s expertise stems from his dedication to this job as well as decades of hands-on experience. Outside of the office, Doug enjoys fishing, woodworking and spending time with his wife and son.
